The AR Aging Report that earns its keep
Take your payment reminders one step further with AriBooks. Ari sends friendly follow-ups, understands client responses, and then decides when to follow up next based on what was said — not just a fixed schedule. Every payment update, promise date, and next step is organized on your client aging report. Know where every account stands without digging through emails. And if a client ever needs a past invoice, statement, or banking details, it's just a click away in their Billing Portal.

The reminder has already been sent. The problem is what happens next.
A client replies. Maybe they promise to pay mid-month. Then those details get buried, and your aging report still only shows the balance — not what's been discussed. Ari changes that. Every client has their story attached.
Your AR aging report tells you what's overdue. Ari tells you what's happening.
Why this isn't "just reminders"
A reminder pokes the client and forgets about it. The real work is what happens next — reading the reply, noting what they said, knowing when to circle back. That's the part Ari handles.
What it actually does
Open your aging report and instantly see every follow-up, customer reply, payment promise, and next step. No detective work required.
Replies don't disappear into inboxes. Every customer update is captured, summarized, and attached to the client it belongs to.
Whether it's a scheduled follow-up, a promised payment date, or a reminder to circle back, the next action is always visible—and you can override it anytime.
No side spreadsheet. No "did they ever reply?" No asking around. Your aging report becomes the single source of truth for every overdue account.
Ari follows your rules, pauses when customers respond, circles back when they ask, and flags disputes, bounced emails, and anything else that needs a real person.
Need a past invoice, a statement, or have a billing question? Your clients can pull it up themselves in their Billing Portal — instead of it landing in your inbox.
Your first follow-up could go out this week.
The Ari Aging Report
This is the screen you'll actually live in. Every overdue client already has their story attached. Follow-ups, replies, payment promises, internal notes, and next actions appear beside each client, so you know exactly what's happening without digging through old email threads, asking around, or just hoping to remember.
For your clients
If a client ever needs a past invoice, a statement, or has a billing question, it's theirs to grab in their Billing Portal — nothing to chase, nothing filling your inbox.
On demand. No more emailing to ask you for a copy.
A full statement of account, emailed to you in moments — no spreadsheet needed.
Keep using the payment methods you already have. Ari links your existing payment options inside the Billing Portal, so clients can pay the same way they always have — without a new setup or new logins.
Clients can flag an invoice as disputed directly from the Billing Portal. The issue comes straight to you, and Ari pauses follow-ups until it's resolved — so you're not sending reminders while trying to figure out what went wrong.

FAQ
Ari uses AI in one place: reading what comes in. When a client replies, Ari summarizes it onto your aging report and pulls out any date they mention — "paying Friday," "back Monday" — so follow-ups pause and resume on their own. It never uses AI on outbound messages; those are configurable templates you control, not AI-generated. And nothing your clients send is ever used to train AI models.
Polite follow-ups sent from your own billing address, shown as "Your Business." Ari doesn't write anything itself — it sends templates you control. The defaults work out of the box, and you can edit the wording, tone, and timing anytime. Your clients see a message from you, not from a tool.
No — only the clients you opt in. They get Ari's follow-ups and a secure Billing Portal to view invoices and pay the way they always have. Everyone else stays exactly as they are today. And you can hold any single invoice to skip follow-ups on it, even for an opted-in client.
Ari summarizes the reply onto that client's timeline and pulls out any date they mention, so follow-ups pause and resume on their own. A reply from an address Ari doesn't recognize is forwarded to an inbox you choose, off your timeline.
When you're viewing any reply Ari has captured, you can forward it to yourself or to any team member you've invited to AriBooks, then reply from your own inbox as usual. Think of Ari as the first line — it catches and summarizes what comes in. Once a conversation moves off Ari, it's yours to handle privately, and Ari doesn't track what happens after the handoff.
Yes. We connect through the official, secure Intuit sign-in (OAuth 2.0), so AriBooks never sees or stores your password. Access is read-only — Ari reads your invoices but never writes to your books. AriBooks was built by a Canadian accountant and a data engineer who handle this data the way they'd want their own handled. More detail is in our Privacy and Terms.
